Dear God,
Thank You for Your Word and for this chapter. Thank You for the encouragement and guidance it provides for my life. Help me to be alert and stand firm in the faith, to be courageous and strong. May everything I do be done in love. Thank You for the example of the household of Stephanas and for all who have devoted themselves to serving others. Please help me to submit to such people and to everyone who joins in the work and labors at it.
I pray for Your peace to be with us all. Thank You for the brothers and sisters who are with me. I ask that You would help us to love one another and to be united in mind and purpose. May Your grace be with all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with an undying love.
