1 Kings 3

Dear God,

Thank You for Your Word and for this chapter. It reminds me of the wisdom and discernment that King Solomon asked for and was granted by You. I pray that You would grant me the same wisdom and discernment in my own life. Help me to make decisions that are pleasing to You and in line with Your will.

Just as Solomon asked for an understanding heart to govern Your people, I ask for the same wisdom and understanding in my own life. Give me the ability to discern right from wrong, to make wise choices, and to seek Your guidance in all that I do.

I acknowledge that I cannot do this on my own, and I am in need of Your wisdom and guidance. Help me to trust in You and seek Your will in all things. May my heart be open to receiving Your wisdom and may I always be mindful of Your presence in my life.

Thank You for hearing my prayer and for granting me Your wisdom. I pray all these things in Jesus’ name,

Gracias por tu Palabra y por este texto de 1 Reyes 3, en el que vemos cómo el rey Salomón pide sabiduría en lugar de riquezas o larga vida. Señor, te pido que me concedas la misma sabiduría para tomar decisiones en mi vida diaria. Ayúdame a discernir entre el bien y el mal, y a buscar tu voluntad en todo momento. Que mi corazón también anhele la sabiduría que viene de ti, por encima de cualquier otra cosa en este mundo.

Padre, así como tú respondiste a Salomón con generosidad, te pido que también me des el don de la sabiduría para enfrentar los desafíos que se presenten en mi vida. Ayúdame a ser prudente y a tomar decisiones que honren tu nombre. Que mi corazón sea humilde y esté dispuesto a aprender de ti en todo momento. Te pido que llenes mi vida con tu sabiduría para que pueda glorificarte en todo lo que haga. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.
