Anxiety relief

Bible references
– Philippians 4:6

– Matthew 6:34

– 1 Peter 5:7
casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.

Father,

You are the ultimate source of peace and comfort. You have promised in Your word to be with us in times of trouble and to provide us with Your perfect peace that transcends all understanding. I come before You now, pouring out my heart to You, and asking for relief from the anxiety that weighs heavy on my soul. Please grant me the peace that can only come from You, and help me to trust in Your faithfulness and goodness.

Lord, I know that You are aware of all of my worries and fears. You see the turmoil within me and the burden that I carry. I ask that You would calm my anxious thoughts and bring stillness to my restless heart. Help me to cast all of my cares upon You, knowing that You care for me and that You are more than able to carry my burdens. I surrender my anxiety to You, and I ask for Your supernatural peace to flood my mind and spirit.

I believe in Your promise that You will never leave me nor forsake me. I choose to stand on Your word and to declare that I am not alone in this battle against anxiety. I ask for Your wisdom and guidance to help me overcome my fears and worries. May Your peace rule in my heart and mind, and may I find rest in Your presence. Thank You, Father, for hearing my prayer and for bringing relief to my anxious soul. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
