You are the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. You know the plans You have for me, plans for good and not for harm, plans to give me hope and a future. Help me to trust in Your timing, even when it doesn’t align with my own desires and expectations. Give me the patience and faith to wait on You, knowing that Your timing is always perfect.
Father, I confess that I struggle to trust in Your timing at times. I often try to take matters into my own hands and force things to happen according to my timeline. But I know that Your ways are higher than my ways, and Your thoughts are higher than my thoughts. Help me to surrender my will to Yours and wait upon You with hope and expectancy.
Lord, I ask for Your peace to fill my heart as I wait for Your perfect timing. Help me to rest in the knowledge that You are in control and that You will work all things together for my good. Strengthen my faith and help me to lean not on my own understanding, but to trust in You with all my heart.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
