Father,

You are the source of all strength and power. You created my body and You know its limitations and capabilities. I come before You today, acknowledging my need for physical strength. I know that in my own strength, I am weak, but in You, I can do all things. Please grant me the physical strength I need to carry out the tasks and responsibilities that You have entrusted to me. Help me to take care of my body and use it to glorify You.

Father, help me to honor You with my body through self-discipline and healthy choices. Grant me the strength to persevere through physical challenges and to endure any pain or discomfort that may come my way. Enable me to remain active and strong so that I can serve You and others with energy and enthusiasm. I pray for Your guidance in maintaining a healthy lifestyle that will keep my body in good condition.

As I seek physical strength, I also pray for Your protection over my body. Shield me from illness, injury, and any harm that may come my way. Strengthen my immune system and keep my body free from sickness and disease. Help me to be wise in caring for my physical well-being and to rely on Your strength to sustain me in times of weakness and fatigue.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
