Exodus 19

Dear God,

thank You for Your Word and for this chapter, which reminds me of Your power and glory. It is a powerful reminder of Your presence and Your desire to be in relationship with us.

As I reflect on this text, I am in awe of Your majesty and holiness. You are the great “I Am”, the one who is and always will be. Your presence on Mount Sinai was a tangible demonstration of Your power and Your desire to communicate with Your people.

I am humbled by the fact that You desire to be in relationship with me, despite my shortcomings and sin. Thank You for Your grace and mercy, and for making a way for me to come before You.

Help me to always approach You with reverence and awe, recognizing Your holiness and majesty. May I seek to live a life that honors and glorifies You, as I meditate on Your Word and seek to follow Your ways.

Gracias por tu Palabra y por este texto de Éxodo 19 que nos recuerda tu poder y santidad. Ayúdame a recordar que Tú eres un Dios que demanda respeto y reverencia, y enséñame a obedecer tus mandatos con humildad y amor. Permíteme acercarme a Ti con temor y confianza, reconociendo que eres el Rey de reyes y Señor de señores.

Ayúdame a vivir en santidad y separado del pecado, para poder ser un testimonio de tu amor y gracia. Que mi vida refleje tu gloria y que mi relación contigo sea firme y duradera, siempre recordando que Tú eres digno de toda alabanza y adoración. Que mi corazón esté lleno de reverencia hacia ti, y que mi vida esté consagrada a tu servicio.

Que tu Espíritu Santo me guíe y me fortalezca para caminar en obediencia, y que mi vida sea un reflejo de tu santidad y amor. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.
