Dear God,
Thank You for Your Word and for this chapter that reminds us of the importance of acknowledging and confessing our sins. We are grateful for the way You provide a way for us to be cleansed and forgiven, even in our times of ignorance or unintentional wrongdoing. Help us to have humble hearts and to be willing to confess our sins, seeking Your forgiveness and restoration.
Lord, may we never take for granted the atonement You have made for us through Your son Jesus Christ. May we always be mindful of our need for Your grace and mercy, and may we walk in the freedom and joy that comes from being in right relationship with You. Thank You for Your love and faithfulness to us.
