Numbers 21

Read chapter

Dear God,

Thank You for Your Word and for this chapter. Thank You for reminding us of Your faithfulness and mercy even when we grumble and complain. Help us to learn from the mistakes of the Israelites and to trust in Your provision and leading in our lives.

We confess our tendency to grumble and lose sight of Your goodness, just like the Israelites did. Please forgive us and help us to cultivate hearts of gratitude and trust in You.

May we look to the bronze snake lifted up by Moses as a symbol of Your grace and healing for our own lives. Help us to turn to You in times of need and to receive healing and restoration from Your loving hand.

Thank You for Your unending patience and love toward us, and help us to reflect that same love to others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
