My church leaders

My God,
You are the ultimate leader and authority over all things. I come before You today to lift up my church leaders to You. I pray that You would grant them wisdom, discernment, and humility as they lead and guide our congregation. May they be filled with Your Spirit and have a deep desire to seek Your will in all their decisions. Help them to be faithful stewards of the responsibilities You have given them, and may they always seek to honor and glorify You in all they do.

I ask that You would surround them with a community of support and encouragement, and that they would be strengthened and upheld by Your grace. Protect them from the snares and temptations of the enemy, and help them to stand firm in their faith. Give them boldness and courage to speak truth and love, and may they be instruments of healing, reconciliation, and hope in our church and community.

I also pray for their personal lives and families, that they would be filled with Your peace and joy, and that they would have strength and endurance to fulfill their roles with grace and perseverance. Thank You for the gift of their leadership, and I pray that You would continue to bless and equip them for the work You have called them to do.

Tu conoces el corazón y las intenciones de nuestros líderes de la iglesia. Te pido que los llenes con tu sabiduría y discernimiento, para que puedan guiar a tu pueblo con integridad y humildad. Fortalécelos en su fe y muéstrales tu voluntad para que lleven a cabo tu obra con gracia y amor.

Te pido que les des la fortaleza necesaria para enfrentar las dificultades y desafíos que puedan surgir en el camino. Que tu Espíritu Santo les guíe en todo momento y les de la paz que solo proviene de ti. Que sean ejemplo de tu amor y misericordia, y que su liderazgo sea inspirador para todos los que les rodean.

Dales la capacidad de escuchar tu voz y seguir tus mandamientos, para que su ministerio sea fructífero y lleno de bendición para la congregación. Te confiamos a cada uno de ellos, sabiendo que tú eres quien guía y sostiene a quienes te sirven fielmente. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.
