My God,

You are the provider of all things, and I come before You today to pray for Your guidance and strength as I embark on this new journey of changing jobs. I trust in Your plan for me and ask for Your wisdom to make the right decisions and to navigate any challenges that may come my way. Help me to rely on Your strength and not my own, and to seek Your will in all that I do.

I pray for favor and open doors in this new job opportunity, and for Your protection over my career and my future. Give me the courage to step out in faith and the confidence to know that You are with me every step of the way. Help me to be a light in this new workplace, and to use my talents and skills to glorify You and serve others.

Thank You, Lord, for Your unending love and grace. I surrender this new job into Your hands, trusting that You will equip me with everything I need to thrive in this new season of my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
