1 Samuel 20

Dear God,

Thank You for Your Word and for this chapter, which reminds me of the importance of loyalty and friendship. Help me to be a faithful and loyal friend like Jonathan was to David, and help me to have the courage to do what is right even when it is difficult.

I pray that You would give me the wisdom and discernment to recognize true friendships and to cultivate those relationships in my life. Help me to be a source of encouragement and support to those around me, and to love others as You have loved me.

I also pray for Your protection and guidance in my relationships, and that You would help me to be a person of integrity and honor. Thank You for being a God who is always faithful and loyal to Your people, and for the love and grace You have shown me.

Gracias por tu Palabra y por este texto de 1 Samuel 20 que nos muestra la valentía y lealtad de Jonatán hacia su amigo David. Señor, ayúdame a ser como Jonatán, a tener un corazón valiente y fiel, dispuesto a sacrificarme por los demás. Permíteme ser un buen amigo, que esté dispuesto a apoyar y proteger a aquellos que amo, aun en medio de dificultades y peligros. Que mi lealtad hacia mis seres queridos sea inquebrantable, y que mi amor por ellos refleje tu amor.

Te pido que me des la sabiduría para discernir quiénes son las personas a las que debo rodearme, y que me des fuerzas para mantenerme firme en mi compromiso, sin importar las pruebas que puedan surgir. Señor, que mi fidelidad hacia ti y hacia los demás sea un reflejo de tu amor y tu gracia. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.
