Thank You for Your Word and for this chapter. Thank You for the example of David’s trust in You and his obedience to Your will. Help me to have the same faith and boldness in following Your guidance in my own life.
Please give me the discernment and wisdom to recognize Your voice and the courage to act on it, even when it goes against popular opinion or seems difficult. Help me to trust in Your timing and Your plans, knowing that You are always working for my good.
I pray that You would protect me from the schemes of the enemy and help me to walk in integrity and righteousness. Please give me a heart that seeks after You and a spirit that is quick to repent and seek Your forgiveness when I fall short.
Thank You for Your grace and mercy, and for the assurance that You are always with me. I commit myself and my desires to Your will, and I ask for Your strength and guidance to live a life that honors and glorifies You.
