Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.
You are the source of all truth and wisdom. I come to You humbly, asking for the strength and conviction to obey Your Word. Your commandments are not burdensome, but I confess that at times I struggle to follow them wholeheartedly. Please help me to submit my will to Yours and to walk in obedience to Your commands. Give me the grace to resist temptation and the wisdom to discern Your will in all aspects of my life.
Father, I know that Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. I desire to live in alignment with Your truth and to honor You in all that I do. Strengthen me, Lord, to be obedient to Your Word even when it is difficult or goes against the ways of the world. Help me to rely on Your Holy Spirit for guidance and to trust in Your promises, knowing that Your ways are higher than mine.
May my heart be inclined to obey Your Word, and may my actions and thoughts reflect my commitment to following You. I recognize that obedience to Your Word is a demonstration of my love for You, and I ask for the grace to love You more deeply through my obedience. Thank You, Father, for Your patience and mercy as I strive to grow in obedience to Your Word.
