Ezekiel 8

Dear God,

Thank You for Your Word and for this chapter. It reminds me of the importance of being aware of my actions and the things that I allow into my life. Help me to be responsive to the promptings of Your Holy Spirit, and may my heart be focused on honoring and glorifying You in all that I do.

As I reflect on the idols and abominations that were happening in the temple in Ezekiel’s time, I ask for Your guidance and discernment in identifying and removing anything in my life that does not align with Your will. Please reveal to me any hidden sin or distractions that might be hindering my relationship with You, and give me the strength and courage to turn away from them.

I pray for a renewed sense of reverence and respect for Your holiness, and a deepening of my love for You. May my heart be a dwelling place for Your Spirit, and may I be a faithful and obedient servant as I seek to live according to Your Word.

Gracias por tu Palabra y por este texto de Ezequiel 8 que me revela la importancia de la pureza y la santidad del templo, tanto físico como espiritual. Ayúdame a examinar mi propio corazón y mi vida, para purificar todo aquello que no esté en conformidad con tu voluntad. Permite que tu Espíritu Santo guíe mis pensamientos y acciones, y que mi vida sea un testimonio de tu presencia y tu amor.

Señor, te pido que me des discernimiento para identificar las idolatrías y las impurezas que puedan estar presentes en mi vida, y que me des la fuerza y la determinación para apartarme de ellas. Permite que mi adoración y servicio a ti sea auténtico y puro, para que mi vida sea un testimonio fiel de tu gloria y poder. En el nombre de Jesús, Amén.
