Leviticus 17

Dear God,

Thank You for Your Word and for this chapter, where You emphasize the significance of the blood in atonement for our sins. Thank You for the reminder that life is in the blood and that it is only through the shedding of blood that we can be forgiven and made right with You.

Help me to always remember the great sacrifice that was made for my sins and to live a life that honors and reflects that sacrifice. May I never take for granted the atonement that You have provided for me through the shedding of Jesus’ blood on the cross.

Grant me the strength to live a life of obedience and faithfulness to You, and may Your Word continue to guide and transform me each day.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Mi Señor,

Gracias por tu Palabra y por este texto en Levítico 17 que nos recuerda la importancia de la sangre como medio de expiación. Te pido que me ayudes a valorar el sacrificio de Jesucristo en la cruz, y a reconocer que su sangre derramada es la única que puede limpiarnos de nuestros pecados. Permite que mi corazón sea sensible a la gracia que fluye de su sacrificio, y que mi vida refleje la gratitud por su amor inmerecido.

Te pido también que me ayudes a vivir en santidad, consciente de que mi cuerpo es templo del Espíritu Santo. Que mi forma de vida refleje el respeto y el temor reverente que mereces, y que mi corazón esté siempre dispuesto a obedecer tu voluntad. Ayúdame a honrarte con cada decisión que tome y a vivir en comunión constante contigo.
