My church

Bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive. And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.

Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, and a humble mind.

My God,

You are the almighty and gracious Creator of the universe, and I come before You with a humble heart to lift up my church in prayer. I pray for unity and love to reign among us, that we may be a shining example of Your unending love and grace. Help us to be a church that seeks to build each other up, to support one another, and to show compassion and kindness to all those we encounter.

I ask for Your wisdom and guidance for our church leaders, that they may lead with humility and seek Your will in all decisions. Grant us the strength to be a light in the community, to reach out to those in need, and to bring hope and healing to the brokenhearted. Let our church be a place of refuge and comfort for those who are struggling, and may we be known for our unwavering dedication to serving others.

Lord, I pray that Your Holy Spirit would move within our church, stirring our hearts to seek You more deeply and to grow in our faith. Help us to be a people of prayer, who fervently seek Your presence and seek to live out Your word in all that we do. May our church be a beacon of hope and love, drawing all people to experience the joy of knowing You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
